SkyFens SkyLight PLUS TERMO | PVC, high pivot, 2-glass roof window from the Swiss Arbonia Group

The SkyLight Plus Thermo roof window is an improved production line of the already very popular SkyLight roof window. The Uw value achieved for the entire roof window is now U_w=1,3^W/_m²K,meeting the more stringent requirements for minimum heat transfer coefficients for the building envelope. By using a warm spacer, a Ug value of U_g=1,1^W/_m²K is achieved.

• New, improved profile in combination with 2-glass glazing guarantees a balanced ratio of energy loss. Uw coefficient of 1.3 W/mK.
• A package of four special seals prevents leaks and contributes to a higher level of thermal insulation of the window
• The raised 3/4 pivot improves the view out of the window and allows free access to the window space.
• Easier installation of flashings thanks to extended grooves in the frame. Angle brackets increase the adjustment range of the installed window.
• The window is equipped with an innovative frame hinge that increases the safety, durability and functionality of the window for many years to come
• A system of four cold-resistant seals ensures excellent sealing of the Skylight Plus Termo roof window.
• The outer flashing of a roof window protects the hardware from the weather and improves the sealing of the frame-sash connection.
• Installation of windows in all types of roofs with a roof pitch of 15-70 degrees
• It requires no special maintenance. Maintenance is limited to cleaning the windows.
• Convenient position for cleaning the outside of the window - the sash rotates up to 120 °
