Maxi Express +40°C
SOUDAFOAM MAXI EXPRESS - is a new, fast curing, high performance polyurethane gun foam designed for use in extreme climatic conditions - high temperatures (up to +40°C) and low humidity. Tested in subtropical conditions, the innovative MAXI EXPRESS foam formula is characterized by very short working times (fast curing) and excellent performance and texture regularity. When used at high temperatures (up to +40°C), it does not exhibit the defects typical of standard foams.
Properties
- Does not lose adhesion even on very hot surfaces.
- Very high dimensional stability due to low ambient humidity, i.e. no volume shrinkage and low post-expansion once curing is complete
- Very short processing times
- Excellent adhesion to building substrates such as masonry, brick, concrete, stone, wood, PVC, aluminum, including powder-coated, glazed surfaces, etc.
- Good thermal and sound insulation
- Packaging is insensitive to overheating, which otherwise always affects the parameters and performance of the product
- Short curing time
- Does not run or splash during application (easy and precise dosing)
Application
- Sealant for the installation of window and door frames, window sills, roller shutters, stair treads, at high temperatures (up to +40°C)
- Filling and insulating cable ducts, central heating systems
- Filling and sound insulation of partition walls, prefabricated elements in frame constructions
- Thermal and sound insulation for floors, attics, roofs, air conditioning systems
- Joint filling in wall and ceiling joints
Maxi Express -25°C
SOUDAFOAM MAXI EXPRESS -25°C is a high-performance polyurethane foam that has been developed for use at extremely low temperatures of -25°C and is insensitive to cooling during transportation and storage. The innovative EXPRESS low pressure formula is characterized by high stability, excellent performance and regularity of structure.
Properties
- Very short skin formation and curing time, under optimal conditions an epidermis is formed after only 4 minutes
- No volume shrinkage due to low ambient humidity - the foam does not contract in the joint, no re-foaming required
- Does not expand secondarily as the temperature rises
- Frost-resistant during transportation and long-term storage
- Excellent adhesion to typical building substrates such as masonry, brick, concrete, stone, wood, PVC, aluminum, including powder-coated, glazed surfaces, etc.
- Good thermal and sound insulation
Application
- Sealing for the installation of window and door frames, window sills, roller shutters, steps in winter conditions (down to -25°C)
- Filling and insulating cable ducts, central heating systems
- Filling and sound insulation of partition walls, prefabricated elements in frame constructions
- Thermal and sound insulation for floors, attics, roofs, air conditioning systems
- Joint filling in wall and ceiling joints
