ATLAS SMS 30 - fast-setting, self-leveling subfloor (3-30 mm)
Levels substrates in the range of 3 – 30 mm – both when the substrate has only local irregularities and when it is executed with a slight slope.
Elevates the floor level in the whole room – e.g. when necessary to equalize the level in two adjacent rooms.
May be used in dry and wet rooms – in living rooms, antechambers, halls, parlours, offices, corridors, waiting rooms, etc.
May be used in rooms of increased humidity, such as house bathrooms.
Recommended as subfloor under facings in offices, kindergartens, schools, apartments etc. – due to fine aggregate it forms smooth surface.
The main characteristics
- under parquet, tiles, panels, carpet flooring
- foot traffic just after 4 hours
- for equalizing levels in floor repairs
- low linear contraction
The main parameters:
- consumption: 20 kg / 1 m² / 10 mm of layer thickness
- compressive strength: ≥ 30.0 N/mm²
- layer thickness: 3 ÷ 30 mm
Types of finishing layers
- tiles,
- PVC flooring,
- carpet flooring,
- floor panels,
- parquet.
Types of possible arrangements
- bonded - thickness 3 - 30 mm – good quality concrete, cement or anhydrite subfloor (with or without floor heating).
Properties
Perfect spreading – enables easy horizontal surface execution even in large rooms, without using guide strips and mass raking up with rules.
Fast-setting - rapid strength build-up enables foot traffic just after 4 hours of the subfloor application.
Compressive strength: ≥ 30.0 N/mm².
Flexural strength: ≥ 7.0 N/mm².
Very low linear contraction – minimum subfloor linear changes during setting (≤ 0.6 mm/rm) limit the possibility of its cracking and loosening of weak substrates (of low cohesion).
Suitable for manual and machine application – it can be easily and quickly applied both manually and with the use of machines equipped with helical pumps, obtaining high efficiency.
